From the image above it appears that there is no S-OFF, but the Bootloader IS Unlocked! This will really bring new life to the development for this device which has been slim pickings since it's release a few months ago. This method does not include frayed wires and pogo pins like the Rezound which is a real relief, however the method still requires that you are very familiar with ADB commands. If you proceed do know that Dragons Lay ahead. Be sure to backup your device before proceeding, and know that this will void your warranty. Head to the original XDA thread here for full instructions.
