Yahoo & Verizon issue?

I am having issues with my Yahoo mail not syncing properly on my Verizon phone and am aware of quite a few other people with similar syncing issues. All of these problems started about a week/4 days ago. Did something change somewhere?

I have always had this problem, with the stock app. Every other month my yahoo account won't sync and says my password is wrong. The only thing that works is the yahoo mail app it has some neat features and so far hasn't stopped syncing!

i had the same issue so i deleted it from my stock account and am using the yahoo mail app. so far it works well although the yahoo app has, in the past, stopped syncing....so we'll see.
