xoom external mic

Does anyone know about a small external mic for the xoom? I've been trying to use the video recorder and the audio doesn't seem to pick up very well....

Have you thought about using a bluetooth headset???

I've considered it. I record some of my employees' interactions with customers so they can actually see and hear how they are performing, similar to recording a golf swing during practice. However, I would prefer a small directional mic that I could just snap in and go, but I am definitly keeping bluetooth in mind.
