XBOX360 Portable Device mode

Has anyone gotten the xbox360 to see the droid as a Portable Device?

I assume if you just use it in Dock mode, or set it to mass storage mode when connected to USB, it should work.

I tried no luck. It also does something wierd my other lg will charge the phone via usb with the xbox360 off. For the droid charging doesnt start till the xbox360 is powered on, I can then power off the xbox and continue to charge the phone. FYI I am using the OEM usb cord from motorola.
