OUYA just put another notch in their already considerably loaded victory cap. XBMC has announced that not only will they be porting their media service to Android, but they will also be partnering up with OUYA to include that functionality in the console. Additionally it will be tailored and customized specifically for the OUYA.

As a sidenote, OUYA has also announced that they have signed TuneIn's radio streaming service for the device as well. It appears that the OUYA is shaping up to be as much of a hardcore media streaming hub as it is a gamer's console. Could we be seeing a more affordable competitor to the Google Nexus Q?

Unless you don't like music, movies, TV or video games, it certainly seems like the OUYA will have something for almost everybody.

This little box has been getting more and more of my attention these days. I can't wait to see the final product and the final price. I'll be honest with you though, the "Made in USA" of the Nexus Q would keep me more towards the Q.
