I'm not very pleased with the picture quality on my Droid 2...and I'm considering trading it in for the Droid X.
I became very disappointed with the picture quality when I was at a concert and when I took pictures they were not what I expected. I had a :blackberry: previously and it has taken better pictures than my Droid 2.
I just wanted opinions from other Droid users.
I know that I won't be able to get the update for 2.2 on DX till early September, and I'm okay with that.

And really you are mad cause your camera phone didnt take a good pic at the concert? The focus doesnt know what to do cause so much is moving and the flashing and moving lights don't help at all.

The DX has an 8mp camera but the pics really arn't much better. My droid1 took great pics and video, i just got my d2 today so no exp there yet but its the same camera as the d1 had

I realized after I posted that this was the wrong group, but I could not find how to delete the post.
I was bothered because I have taken plenty of pictures with a camera phone at concerts before and they turned out much better than the ones with my D2 did.

what are you guys talking about the camera on the droid 2 is so incredible I think your just sad that you took crappy pictures at the concert.

THANK YOU JESUS LOL finally someone agrees with me i would like to quote all you just said but wont . pics on DX in low light indoors even with flash they are fuzzy n a lil red eye other than this they are great in light n day time outside etc.... so dont bother . MOTO DROID 1st one pics rock I still have it peace . hey the video is nice n dont waste your time with all the recommended apps i couldve bought a camera with the money i spent on those cam apps . they just take fancy pics , n 1 of them didnt have or disables your flash. APPS do not make your pictures on the DX better at all
