working on rooting my eris to 2.1

so i am using the directions here at

How To Root Your HTC Eris

and i am up to the step that says
Choose to download the USB drivers package. Nothing else is required.

but there is alot of things downloading. am i supposed to only downloaded the usb drivers or all that stuff?

Only the drivers. You don't need andythig else from the sdk
