Work email setup help

I would like to see if someone can help helmet setup my work email. It is to our own domain. Not sure how much is ok to say but if someone can pm me with how to set it up that would be great. Domain is FASTHOG.com. from my comp I just go to mail.fasthog.com and then sign in. Anyone help I would like a direct access to phone like my blackberry had which was silly easy to setup and was refreshing new mail faster than all help.
Note I am running root with gummyjar and frost theme. If that helps
