Word prediction in landscape?

Hey all, sorry if this has been covered, but....Is there a way to get word prediction back using landscape? I would like it for both virtual and slide out keyboards. Used to have it with the "F" ROM. Tried a couple of keyboards but just cant seem to make it work

I never find myself having to articulate myself beyond my current capabilities while sending a text message to my drug dealer.

IDK why its not with the gingerbread keyboard, as it is with the froyo one that comes with our D2...
