Wireless Tether

So I re-rooted my droid pro using the Motorola One Click root method and did it successfully, but whenever I turn on the wireless tether app it also turns on the 3G hotspot app and it wont let the wireless tether run, this is after the new upgrade, any help?

I don't know for sure, but I think the GB update killed off wireless tether. Apparently you have to use a different app to tether now.

I'm about to post that exact question, so maybe we'll get an answer.

I got another app called wifi tether, this is where I downloaded it:

After I downloaded it, the 3G hotspot app didn't open up, but I couldn't find the wifi on my laptop or my ipod.
