windows phone 7 launcherpro/ADW theme directions?

i remember a couple weeks back there used to be a walkthrough for the window phone 7 themes for adw and launcherpro but i cannot find them could someone point me in the right direction or explain to me how to do this thanx!

nah thats not the right one i was looking for the one that makes adw and launcherpro look like the windows phone 7 launcher with the big icons
