windows mail on droid help!

Help...I have spent the last week(really) trying to get this to work.
My inbox keeps disapearing and if I have windows open I don't recieve emails period. My other emails work fine.
Please help

:welcome:to the Forums. What email app are you using and which email server is being used to send your emails to your phone (specifically the one that keeps disappearing)? Also, I am sorry but I did not look, what phone do you have so that I can find you the necessary help?
