will verizon accept my phone w/ superuser?

Recently I upgraded to JB from rooted ICS. I do not have a working root but I do have superuser. I ran a root checker and it came back telling me my permissions weren't working. My HDMI port is messed up and Verizon accepted my request to send the phone in, however I would like to know if I can send my phone as is or if I have to run a unbricker or something like that.

You can unroot from within Superuser just to make sure then delete app ..
