Will I have to reboot?

I rooted my dinc successfuly and am wondering if I reset to factory setting will I have to reboot ?. I know I will have get all my apps back with titanium backup. But reboot ?

Na just,seems to be running a lil slower then the day I got it...lol...apps maybe?
