Wiimote with emulators?

Hello, has anybody successfully been able to play any emulators using the wiimote? I've downloaded the wiimotecontroller app and it sees input from the wiimote just fine, but I can't get any emulators to recognize the inputs...

I had a wiimote hooked up to my Bionic back when I first got my phone. I did it mostly to prove it would work. While the app is uninstalled I do know it worked before(and likely still does).

The trick is to map the wiimote controls to certain characters on your phone, then setup the emulator to those same keys.
