wifi wont turn on

so my wifi button wont turn on, I slide it over then it just goes back to off.

any ideas?

Restart your phone and see if it works properly.

I don't know how experienced you are, but lots have had this issue, and not even a FDR will fix it. I only have one suggestion that looks like it works, but will hold off until I know your experience level

ok, well after going back and forth through fast boot options and safe mode and back to normal power up, all is good.

If it returns, it looks like your only options are to fastboot the latest file or get a replacement phone. Possible radio bug with the OTA

Chances are if it happened once , it might happen again - one of the DM phones on our acct was doing the same thing and we had to get a replacement.

My daughter's phone (ZTE of some sort) just did this tonight, only fix was to factory reset...I tried everything with the exception of rooting it and digging around for the real cause.

well the WiFi and the Bluetooth stopped working again. They wont turn on. I did a FDR and no luck there. They are sending me a new phone.

hope this is not a continuous problem, I just got my wife a Maxx also.
