I was noticing my wifi was being sluggish. Connected but just acting skittish. I would run speed test and it would show good speeds, but sometimes sending and receiving data via apps or browser would start slow then come in fast or not connect.
I downloaded wifi analyer (free) https://market.android.com/details?id=com.farproc.wifi.analyzer
I noticed that my router was on channel 7 or 8 along with about 5 others in the neighborhood. I changed my router's wireless to the highest channel it accepted. For the past 5 days its been working great.
I had no noticeable issues on any of my other devices except for 1 and now that's working better also.
Guessing the RAZR's wifi isn't as tolerably as the D1 or the DINC2's are.
