Widgets showing smaller than usual?

coming from a Droid x i decided to use the same apps i used on my nexus and i decided to use my regular setup of lpp and set my widgets up but my widgets aren't expanding like they did on my droid x and i don't know why

LPP hasn't been updated in a really long time. Try Nova launcher, it's on the market.
