What is the best way to transfer files from my PC to the Bionic through my wi-fi network. I want to transfer songs and movies without having to access through the usb cord. I would love the Bionic sd card to show up as a netowrk location.

Without a third party app I don't think its possible

The apps I have seen require root.

Check out samba flesharing in the market, its free...but requires root.

You may want to look into Bluetooth transferring instead if you are not rooted.

Download FTP Server from the marketplace set it up. On your computer, download either filezilla or Flashfxp to use as your FTP client. Viola, you can transfer without being rooted

Howdy,

You can use astro file manager with the astro smb module. You set the share on the computer and you simply connect to the that share. done:icon_ banana:
