Why freezes

Every 10-15 min it freezes for about a min.and is really annoying.its rooted and I keep the apps cleaned up. I've used a bunch of different launchers and all do it. I uninstalled the ones I don't use.Any ideas?im updated too. Also have phone calls drop issue. Tia

maybe you removed a wrong file somewhere, what have you removed? Also, are you running a rom?

No rom and I havnt removed any factory apps or files
