Why does this always happen when I am recording video?

When I record on my fascinate, this may happen 15, 30, 20 or how many seconds left. I get a message saying recording failed. How to fix?

I get the same thing. It happens less when I don't record in 720P, so I usuallt film in 720x480. Although it kind of defeats the purpose of having an HD cam when I think "Hm, should I risk trying to record in HD or missing this moment forever?" Tsk tsk samsung.
