Why do the keep taking down the 1 click root apps?!

z4root doesn't work anymore! does anyone know of a 1 click root application? please thanks. =)

I was finally going to root my phone last night, but do not feel comfortable using anything other than an easy one click style way of doing it. I tried z4root and it didn't work. Then I start reading how it doesn't work for anyone else.

I am hoping it gets figured out too, I was very excited for root access.

Well, husker, we can get you rooted using z4root still, you just need to downgrade your OS using the Verizon master FRG22D OTA file. No problem, just takes some time.

Or we can use SuperOneClick, which is one-click, basically, but you have to install a program to your PC and connect via USB.

umm? so did the new ota update stop z4root from working? if so that stinks.

good luck on rooting. i have a droid one and used the root droid 1 on any os and it worked great. and as long as you read the thread a few times and follow it you wont have any problems and youll be rooted within ten minutes.
