Why do I have reload my widgets when I unplug from pc?

they aren't on my sd card or anything. everytime i unplus from usb, my widgets (battery, power switch, music, clock) say "problem loading widget" I mean, it's not a huge deal, I'm just curious why that happens.

What do you do to get them back?

i just delete the "problem loading widget" white box that appears in their place and reload the widget. i just dont understand why its necessary
