I use the Facebook app as well. If there is a website in a comment you can long press the comment and the last option should just show the website. Press that and it should bring up the site.

just tried that, the only options that pop up are
comment or like and view profile

Is the full address in the comment (http://....)??? Not sure man. It works for me.
