Why can I not SEARCH my email?

Can anyone tell me why I cannot search my exchange email? On my Gmail account, there's a menu item for search but on my exchange email account, there is none.

Surely there has to be a way to search through my email. Right?

Exchange service is still being worked on. Ya can buy one of the apps that work for it, or be patient for google to work things out.

So are you saying that I cannot search my exchange mail or are you saying that you know that there's missing functionality from the exchange support or both?
