Who makes the inc

My sister in law bought a Droid inc at Walmart and on the contract it states that Samsung makes this phone is this possible I know the SD card is Samsung.

Nope. The Inc is htc

The battery door on the phone itself clearly says "HTC"... I believe sammy did produce some of the amoled screens on the early incs though.
