who has ICS?

I know this thread will be shut down almost immeditely but i feel that we need just a thread where its just for if you have recieved ics and where you are located. I would like this to be a thread where it is only that and no other garbage

From what I have been reading, its at the soak test stage now and wont be pushed to everyone else until maybe this coming week.
