White Eye not Red eye in pics

Anyone know whats the best software for the PC or mac pref. free to fix such a thing? anyone else getting white eyes in their photos?

I had noticed the same thing with all my flash photos - everyone comes out looking like vampires!!

Gang,

The red eye from flash is from the subjects pupils being undialated in low light. Your basically bouncing the flash off the back of the eye. Cameras "fix" this in Red Eye mode by triggering a series of flashes before the main flash and snap to dialate the pupils down. Our phones do not have a red eye mode, so your gonna likley have to deal with it in software. The adobe programs all have it, and your gonna have to hunt and peck your favorite software to see if they have a "red-eye" fix setting. Many have this as auto-fix when in download mode.

i tried this in iphoto but nothing for WHITE EYES :( It doesnt fix it with the red eye fix :(

One way you seem to be assimilated, the other some kind of freak. Photoshop fixes it either way.
