The red eye

I have had my DX since the first day they came out.. never had a problem until yesterday.
I pulled the DX from my pocket and saw the RED EYE glaring at me and it was moving.
The phone wouldn't turn off, none of the buttons would make it go away.
I removed the battery, reinstalled it and turned the phone on.
It worked fine. No problems, all apps ect are working.
Now... what caused the RED EYE to appear??

You probably just did something to cause it to reboot then it got stuck re-booting. If it happens more times then id be worried

I imagine that while in your pocket a series of buttons were accidentally pushed and you went into t boot loop. And as you found the fix is a battery pull and reboot.
