Which QR code app works on the D3?

The consensus seems to be between QR DROID and BARCODE SCANNER. Which one works on the D3?
Does either one have problems (battery hogging, causing crashes, etc.) that I should be aware of?
I want a QR code app but have not found a clear opinion on which one to get.

I have both installed in my Droid 3 and in fact used both 2 times yesterday.

My experience is that QR Droid is slightly better than BARCODE SCANNER when it comes to scanning QR codes. If I get to the point, where app storage is a problem, I will dump QR CODE as it is a one-trick pony and keep BARCODE SCANNER as it handles multiple bar code formats.

Just my experience, your most likely will differ.

What's the issue with Google Goggles requiring boot-start permission? Do you know what it's doing when you are not using it?

Barcode scanner works fine, thanks

Based on this advice I installed Barcode Scanner. It works fine. Thank you for the advice.
