Hi, i was reading something and i'm trying yo figure out what app this is...

"You can point it to anywhere and get a view of where you are at.

The other feature was pointing it to the sky and viewing what constellations are in view. It moved as you moved it across the sky in real time."

GOOGLE SKY MAP

The 1st app I downloaded, one the apps when I saw the video pushed me over the edge give to give up on WinMo and go Android.

Not sure if you're also asking about Google Goggles. You can take photos of objects or use your camera and have it pointed at buildings, and with the use of your GPS will give you info on the business/location. Haven't used it much (1. it being Beta, and 2. I don't live in an urban area).
