which app is forcing lockscreen security?

I am running JB 4.1.2 on a Droid Razr Maxx and I am currently using a pattern unlock, but I want to use none instead (so I can use widgetlocker). When I try to make this change, I see that None/Slide/FaceUnlock are grayed out, with a comment that they are "disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage".

I was using FoxFi which I know requires a pattern/pin/password, but i have removed that app and the "non-security" unlock methods are still not available.

How can I find out which policy or app(s) is forcing use of secure lockscreen methods?

Yes, I am a corp ms exchange user using touchdown as my email client. I never Had to use a lock screen before foxfi and I have always been using touchdown.
