You have to be rooted. I don't know if their is a stock 4.0.3 rom out there, but almost all of the devs are basing their current roms off of 4.0.3

I think that the official 4.0.3 would be pushed with in a month or so... so rooting is a good idea.. DancingNexus

Pete's bugless beast is pretty darn close to stock 4.0.3 and his newest build released today runs flawlessly for me. Redemption Rom on Rootzwiki by heyitslou is also intended to function like stock, just with tweaks "under the hood". I use his defiant kernel with Pete's newest build and its been great.
