Where is the My Verizon Mobile app???

It's on my Rezound, I can find it in the "manage apps" area and when I do a search.
But it's not in my app dock, so I can't put it on my desktop, which is what I want to do. It's not disabled, as that app doesn't have the option to disable it.

Where the hell? This is frustrating.

It's a widget.
Go to settings, applications, all (upper right), scroll down to it.

That's not what I am talking about.
The widget displays the data used and by clicking on it, it takes you to your account info. I am aware of that.
I am just looking for the app icon...which has now miraculously appeared for some reason.
I was screwing around with icon packs and themes last night, and I applied DCikonZ Theme (which is slick as hell...love it) using Nova Launcher...and it's there in my dashboard now.
Very odd.
Here is the icon theme btw... DCkonZ Theme, applied through Nova Launcher...and it shows the My Verizon app icon, which I have now placed on the desktop.
