When Deleting Email on My Revolution I Do NOT Want Them Deleted on PC in Outlook

I am migrating from a Blackberry to the Revolution. On the B'Berry I could delete on the phone but retain the message on my PC in my Outlook app. I am using RoadRunner as my email app, but I understand it all gets 'pushed' through Gmail. Is there a way to read emails on phone, delete there but retain within Outlook in the Inbox on my PC?
