Apart from Facebook, which I don't really consider in the same category, I would go with Instagram and Drop Box (this one is really useful). Also I wish there was a 1-Bit Camera app for Android. I love the way those pictures look and I used to own a Nintendo Camera so it makes me nostalgic :)
There's a zillion apps I haven't tried out yet though.. I wish I was good enough to develop one, although it's quite a battle out there.

I think this will give folks a pretty good idea of how I use my phone-

In no particular order-

My Tracks - love the integration with google spreadsheets and maps
Root Explorer
Titanium backup Pro
FourSquare
Eye-Fi (I think everyone with a DSLR needs an Eye-fi card)
Evernote
A podcast app (not actual name) I haven't found one I really love but currently back to using Google Listen
Kindle
Amazon MP3
TripIt
gReader
Photogrid
GoLauncher
RadarNow
EDIT: Dropbox - Love, LOVE the auto upload feature of my camera shots.

I also love the my stock camera app and Google Maps

I think that is all!

Slowly learning;
Spider Solitare, Freecell, & Tetris and the stock apps.
Would like a calendar app that will allow including a link to Contacts.
What is TapATalk? Why do I need it?
Thanks, Andy
