Whats wrong with the web site here?

While typing a post when you hit enter it will not move the curser to the next line what's up with that?

well that's interesting that means it's me or my computer at least I wonder what I did to do that? cats walking on the computer I looked it up in Google it's called no carriage return it does it on every Forum I've tried or I guess I should say it won't do it I have no carriage return when hitting enter but it works ok when I use open office I'm using IE10, and I see a lot of comments on this with many people when I google the problem.
