Whats the best news app?

I know there are plenty of news apps out there, but I need one that does local news as well as national news. Which one is the best for this task? I tried a local news app near me, but it would only do the city next to me, I couldn't enter my zip code and it transfer to my city. Help please?

google news and weather is the best imo. you can add topics i.e. put the name of your city/town in, put in your interests, etc.

I have to agree with Corinacakes, I use the built in Google News/Weather widget, and have customized news for where I live, also a couple of others pertaining to Android development and ham radio. Works great for me. I also use Twitter mainly for the local TV stations who tweet the headlines and links to the stories if I want to read further.

Agreed, The News and Weather Widget will search Google for any related subjects or topics you add in. What more could you ask for?

Ok, thanks for the responses. I am going to try the google news app and see how that is. Then trying the lsn app mentioned by the first poster. Thanks for the help!
