What's new in TBH download manager?

P3droid tweeted to check TBH and to not talk about it..I know starting a thread is talking about it but I don't see what is new...I just download the app for the first time tonight but everything I see in it is stuff that I know was released in there before....is it maybe just for the droid 1 or incredible?

I was so suspicious of his tweet, I bought the app and have no idea what was/wasn't there....

Can someone verify what's OLD, that way you can tell us what is the new part without telling it? (guess it matters?)
