What's a site where I can download video files that are already formatted for droid?

Hi, I'm kinda new to the whole software gig. In fact, I really know nothing about the stuff at all. If anyone could set out some steps to show me where I can download videos and slap 'em on the droid for free it would be greatly appreciated!
