Morning Black Friday. Gonna try to share my laptop's internet connection to my Xbox...

Given up on the network sharing to the Xbox. I'll just give in and buy a network adapter.

I had to wifi tether my phone to my laptop, then use an Ethernet cable from the laptop to the Xbox. Then go into Windows internet sharing and share the connection.

The network sharing is where an error occurred. I'll look into it later now that you mentioned it though.

It worked fine, but my laptop broke (motherboard), so I bought a network adapter. That was about a year ago
