What to upgrade to?

My Bionic is Rooted (Titanium Backup doesn't like how its rooted and the fix didn't work). Its Safestrapped and currently running 5.9.905 on the primary system, the OTA update (6.7.246) fails when i try to install it. So are there any recommendations what rom to use? Or how to go about upgrading the system? I had eclipse 2.1(I think) running for a while and it started having problems so i just started using the regular OS. I haven't really flashed it since then so I'll thank you for your patients in advance.

Don't think you can have safe strap installed or be rooted

Pretty sure you need to remove safe strap completely and use voodoo ota
