What the heck? Droid Incredible commercial uses same "droooiiid" sound?

They need to come out with a Droid R2-D2 and Droid C-3PO that like all the recent phones, are just baby steps above the other, because who wants a new high tech phone when we can just pour more money into the pockets of George Lucas??

I was under the impression that Google owned the "Droid Does" commercial bits. As a result, they can authorize its use for any Android phone.

I think they just pay Lucas once for the name, not on the phone sales, though it would not surprise me if he worked something like that out. However, it is surprising to me that people care so much about this naming issue when the eris and hero are "droids" as well.

The commercials only used the moto droid because it used to be the flagship device for Verizon. The Inc is much more then baby steps above the moto droid, as I have both (work/personal) and the moto droid is already old tech as the Inc will be soon.

This is the 4th "droid" and people are wondering about this now? This is like someone watching Rocky 4 and claiming it was a rip off of the original movie...Rocky 3. ROFLOL
