What the best rom out at the moment...

One where you can use everything meaning I read some that you can't use the camcorder ect..
Sorry if this is always asked but I need to know.
I know it is always preference but what is the most functional.

I'm a bit out of the loop with DX ROMs but I'd say Blur GB ROMs like Liberty, Vortex, etc would probably be the most functional.
