What programs can I "Freeze"?

Ok so I am going to put the 906 update back on my phone. The ROMs are to unstable, they work in most ways but have "quirks" to them and I just get frustrated.

So I am going to go back to normal but root my phone and use Titanium Backup Pro ROOT to freeze what I do not need.

I suppose the important question is, what can I NOT freeze. I want to freeze/uninstall as much bloatware that is not needed as I can and still have a good working device.

If anyone has a list they go by and could share I would greatly appreciate it!
