What phone to get?

I'm ready to upgrade but I don't know what to get! I've never had a smartphone so I'm ready to jump into android or iphone. For non-tech people, what would be the easier system to operate? What phones do you have?

Either one can be used by an average person. It's really more a matter of preference. You really need to provide us with your needs/wants if you want suggestions. What I have doesn't matter. You need to find what suits you.

If you really have no idea I suggest reading up here and elsewhere. Check out all the other "what should I buy" threads to get some ideas of what you should be considering.

Like it was mentioned, I also believe it is a personal prefeence. But droids is awesome, try them out if u haven't already.
