What is VaultService in device storage?

I was browsing and trashing "junk" in my phone under device storage and came across VaultService. What is it and can I delete it?

I was browsing and trashing "junk" in my phone under device storage and came across VaultService. What is it and can I delete it?

I'm cleaning up my phone (galaxy s3) and the unnecessary junk and i have three separate folders for whatever the heck Vaultservice is... did you ever find out if I can delete this???
