What is the icon and what app is it from?

A new icon showed recently showed up and I can figure out what app it is associated with.
Looks like an alarm clock, but I don't have any alarms set.

I will appreciate any idea/

Welcome to the forum. It is the icon for the alarm clock. System Alarms can be set by third-party apps. If features such as alarms and reminders have been set up in third-party apps, the alarm icon will be displayed on the status bar. Find the app responsible for the alarms. Go to the settings screen of this app and disable alarms, reminders, or similar features.
