What have i done?

I went to enable safe system and it will not completely restore it. It will back up stock rom data, but fails to restore data for safe system. Can someone help me please? I miss eclipse! Thanks

Should i just uninstall and reinstall safestrap? I tried to make a new backup of stock and it failed to complete that too.
