What happen to the apps if you lost ur phone

If I lost my droid and will get a replacement, will I get the apps that I brought from the old one?

Short answer: Yes
Longer answer: Yes, because the market is based on your google account. So even though the device you originally had them on is gone, the market still recognizes that you have either downloaded, or bought the programs from it. That way, even if you need to get your Droid replaced or if you do a hard reset on it, you will be able to have access to all your apps.
But if you change switch google accounts, you're screwed.
